POLICY

Digital Products

All products sold through the HalfCzech store on Lemon Squeezy are digital downloads. Because digital files can be accessed and saved immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.

However, we handle all requests fairly on a case-by-case basis.

When You Are Eligible for a Refund

• You purchased the product but have not yet downloaded or accessed it
• The file was corrupted or did not download correctly
• The product was materially different from what was described at the time of purchase
• You were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.

When Refunds Are Not Available

• The file has been downloaded and accessed
• More than 14 days have passed since purchase
• The request is based on a change of mind after accessing the product
• The product was purchased as a gift and the recipient has accessed it

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@halfczech.com with:

• Your name and email address used at purchase
• Your order number (found in your Lemon Squeezy receipt)
• A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
